Ms. Vibiano is the Director of Resident Services at Community Corp. She is responsible for providing overall direction and management of the Resident Services Department. Carmela has over fifteen years of experience in affordable housing and community development. Prior to her current role, she worked as a certified compliance specialist, resident service coordinator, and mental health professional. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon, and a Master’s in Social Work from California State University, Northridge.
