Since our inception in 1982, Community Corp. has managed the construction and rehabilitation of over 2,000 affordable homes. By overseeing the acquisition of properties, developing conceptual proposals, securing financing, and managing construction, Community Corporation of Santa Monica has helped increase and improve Santa Monica’s affordable housing stock. More recently, we have begun to expand our work to serve additional areas of the western part of Los Angeles county.
