Simon Fraser oversees Community Corp.’s development pipeline of over 600 units. He is responsible for providing overall direction and management of project development as well as for new business development.

Simon has 20 years of experience in the affordable housing industry, having worked in both project development and project underwriting and investment. Prior to his current role, he worked as a Senior Project Manager. In that capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of development from site acquisition to permanent loan conversion.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Studies & Planning from University of California, San Diego and a master’s degree in Urban Planning from University of California, Los Angeles
