11 Dec Urbanize LA: The Arroyo Opens in Downtown Santa Monica

The Community Corporation of Santa Monica has completed construction of The Arroyo, a new affordable housing development near the Expo Line in Downtown Santa Monica.

Located at 1626 Lincoln Boulevard, the project consists of a five-story building featuring 64 apartments – including one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.  Community Corp. will also provide on-site services for residents such as after-school programming, health and wellness classes, and computer skills training.
